DD-101 uses an amazing nanotechnology to breakdown oil and oil-based compounds. This new technology utilises a sub-microscopic particles (2 – 4 nanometre) and forms an energy field of negative-negative ions to create an emulsification effect. Organic substances such as dirt and grime contains hydrophobic (water-repelling) hydrocarbon particles which are 50-100 times larger than DD-101’s particles. The nano-sized particles in DD-101 attaches itself to a much larger surface area than conventional soap particles hereby increasing its cleaning effectiveness. Furthermore, DD-101 is part-hydrophobic which allows it to attach itself to dirt, as well as part-hydrophilic (water-loving), which allows it to attach itself to water in order to break up the long-chain hydrocarbons and clean dirt effectively.
It is made from purified water, fatty acids, coconut oil, organic alcohol, folic acid, minerals, and enzymes derived from edible plants. These ingredients are found on the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Generally-Recognized-As-Safe (GRAS) List, and are thus under no state or federal regulations and does not require any warning labels as well. The ingredients are also defined as non-hazardous under OSHA Standards 29 CFR-1910 1200.
DD-101 contains NO ammonia, ammonium hydroxide, animal products, artificial ingredients, bleach, chlorine, citric acid, formaldehyde, hydrochloric acid, isopropyl alcohol, lye, naphtha, nitrobenzene, perchloroethylene, chemical fragrances, phenols, phosphates, propylene glycol, sodium hypochlorite, sodium laurel sulphate, synthetic chemicals, thickeners or trichloroethane.
